REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

HOW TO CONTACT US
Email us at [support@jewelryqa.shop] with your order number and, if relevant, clear photos or a short video of the item and the packaging. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to return the item.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED
If your item is significantly different from its description or photos, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll resolve it the same way.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us. We'll investigate and send a replacement or a full refund.

DAMAGE AFTER DELIVERY
We don't cover damage caused after delivery, such as misuse, accidents, water, chemicals, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can review it.

 

FINAL SALE & NO CHANGE OF MIND To maintain hygiene standards and ensure the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," wrong size selection, or personal preference. All orders are final once placed. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and sizing details carefully before ordering. CANCELLATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
You can cancel your order or correct your address within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.

HOW REFUNDS WORK
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post it.

EU CUSTOMERS
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, as required by law.
